Welcome to the site of an Aspiring Author. ...

I am a storyteller. I want to share my experiences and ideas and my imagination with anyone who will listen. My goal is to get published so I can spread my thoughts to an audience, for what is a storyteller without a listener? What is a writer without readers? For more than half my life I've tried to get published, so I don't think the ambition is due to fade any time soon. Sure, my tree of confidence gets shaken from time-to-time--and there's usually a bad smell at the base,--but I always seem to grow new fruit.

Further details about my writing journey have been posted on my About page where I've started a biography documenting my writing ambitions, my pursuits and my struggles.

I have a few early stories available to read on Completed, along with a Feedback e-mail button for critiques. A progress report of my writing is available on Upcoming, or view updates to recent submissions on Published.

Over on Writer's Corner are recent thoughts about the writing process in my Writing Ruminations. Or, take a walk with me down Memory Lane by reading my 5-minute ClinTalks, where I discuss my interests outside the field of writing. Finally, there are book reviews and external links that lead to other writing hubs where I have accounts.

The date I last updated those pages is noted below. ClinTalks tends to get an annual addition, while book reviews are posted monthly. Progress reports are weekly and Writing Ruminations drop whenever the moon turns blue.

I hope you enjoy reading my work as much as I enjoyed writing it.
